Dorsunator in App store and in Google play
As you may or may not know, we have renamed our distributed clipboard synchronization application as Dorsunator. As a consequence, we have changed a couple of things: our website address, the app name itself in all places (App Store and Google play), and our twitter and facebook addresses. Why the name change? It is a simple trademark related case, and we needed to make the appropriate changes.

Recently we have installed some dev machines using Windows 10 as the latest system by Microsoft. Since we’re using VMware ESXI 5.1, we wanted to use the vSphere client to access the VM host using this GUI. However, we ran into issues installing the vSphere setup to the brand new Windows 10 system.

Pull request builds in TeamCity and build status indication back to Stash
Our continous integration server is TeamCity, a very good option when you need to handle builds on multiple platforms and you want to host your build server on your own (nothing stops you putting it to an elastic cloud instance or to an Azure VM though). Since we have read this blog post about TeamCity and GitHub pull request build integration, we desperately tried to implement it using Atlassian Stash (which is a correct GitHub Enterprise alternative).

Stash plugin for slack notifications about pull requests and push activity
Here at Pragmatic Bits, we use Atlassian Stash for git repository management and Slack for team collaboration (Emails? Who reads emails? Email is slow). Slack is great, and has a huge amount of integration points with other tools out of the box already, but we could not find an existing way to configure pull request notifications from Stash to Slack.

Slack notifications via curl
Slack is a very good team collaboration tool that we use on a daily basis for sharing information. Remember the good old times on the irc channels? Slack is conceptually the same, but implemented with the latest and greatest web technologies out there (web sockets, rest api, etc). Also it was created with a lot extensibility/integration points, which opens a lot of cool options when it comes to send automatic notifications from scripts and programs.
